Sunday Scaries

A Glimpse into the World of Sunday Scaries

Sunday Scaries throws players into a peculiar realm that blends dark humor with existential dread. Set against the backdrop of a busy workplace, players follow a narrative that initially appears as a critique of everyday office life. However, this game aims to venture far beyond surface-level observations, presenting players with deeper themes as the levels progress. The early development phase offers a glimpse into a more complex world that promises to challenge perceptions of modern life and anxiety.

Office Life and Its Challenges

At first glance, the artwork and screenshots suggest a straightforward workplace setting. Yet, as players advance through levels, they will encounter desperate situations and absurd scenarios that reflect real-life fears, particularly those that arise every Sunday as the weekend comes to a close. This balance of humor and anxiety acts as a vehicle for exploring emotional narratives, with each level designed to peel back the layers of everyday pressures that many individuals face.
