Subway Builder

Design Your Transit Network in Subway Builder

Subway Builder, a hyperrealistic transit simulation game for PC, puts players in charge of designing intricate subway networks. Using live data from various cities in the US and UK, you will tackle the complex task of moving millions of commuters efficiently through urban landscapes. Your goal? To optimize routes, station placements, and train frequencies while maximizing passenger satisfaction.

Realistic Commuter Simulation Dynamics

In Subway Builder, commute decisions are grounded in authentic data, reflecting real-world behaviors. Commuters are generated using Census and Redistricter data, utilizing pathfinding algorithms similar to those found in mobile apps. Factors like wait times, cost, and personal income impact decision-making, simulating how people consider trade-offs when choosing their journey. As you design routes, understanding these dynamics becomes crucial for success.
