Strata

Procedural space exploration

Strata is a single-player PC game about exploring procedurally generated universes. You move between four views: Galactic, System, Orbital and Planet Surface. Each universe contains hundreds of star systems, with multiple explorable planets in each. The game uses simplified mechanics based on physical processes rather than aiming to recreate our universe.

Planet surfaces

On a planet, you explore in third person, gather resources and build structures. A day and night cycle, changing terrain, player statistics and progression are part of the game. Progression unlocks additional gameplay features.
