Stereosis

A platformer rendered as a stereogram

Stereosis is a single-player 3D platformer for PC in which the entire screen is a real-time autostereogram, the repeating dot pattern used in “Magic Eye” images. There’s no conventional 3D view: you have to relax your eyes until the platforms, enemies and your character appear in depth.

The premise is that an AI virus has been absorbing the world through screens and flattening it into dots. You’re the only person left who can free-view the patterns, and you work through levels to decipher the virus’s code and restore the depth it has taken.
