Starcore is a free-to-play voxel fortress-defense roguelite for PC. You build a stronghold, gather resources, research upgrades and fight off attacking swarms, taking up arms yourself when your defenses come under pressure. In Expeditions, you venture into procedural regions to collect materials, unlock research and confront hives and bosses.

Construction has physical consequences. Shaped voxel blocks form walls, bridges and firing platforms, but weight, stress and support matter: a failed foundation can bring down the structures above it. You place turrets, generators, shields and repair systems to cover weak points, while planning for what happens if enemies break through the perimeter.
