STAR CIPHER

Typing action

STAR CIPHER is a single-player typing action game for practicing English vocabulary. Enemies approach your defenses, and you read the meaning displayed above each one, type the matching English word or expression, and fire. Combos raise your score, and a time-stop skill can halt enemies when the screen gets crowded.

Chapters and practice

The full game has 100 chapters containing 3,000 vocabulary entries. Clear the first wave in a chapter to open the next; later waves move faster and award more stars for higher scores. You can also practice outside the challenge waves, without risking your shield or keeping a combo going. Speed settings, hints, and word or sentence exercises give you ways to adjust those sessions.
