Scavenging on the beach

Stalkers Strand is a PC survival horror game about scavenging a barren beach while a guardian stalks you. You use a metal detector to locate valuables, dig them up and sell them to meet a $500 quota for the night. The gate you enter through is the only way out, and you have to fill the quota to escape.

The stalking threat

The beach is isolated between steep cliffs and a cold, dark ocean, but you’re not alone. Using the detector and taking valuables draws the guardian’s attention, so you’ll need to watch how you scavenge. If it closes in, you can use your light to fight it off, or fire an emergency flare gun as a last resort. Flares are limited.
