Splitgate

Multiplayer shooter mechanics

Splitgate is a free-to-play multiplayer shooter that combines traditional first-person shooting with player-controlled portals. The game allows players to engage in fast-paced combat across various maps, using portals to navigate and strategize throughout matches.

Combat and movement

In this sci-fi environment, players can utilize portals to gain tactical advantages, such as flanking opponents or escaping dangerous situations. The inclusion of these mechanics shifts the standard FPS gameplay into a multi-dimensional combat experience, requiring quick thinking and seamless execution during encounters.
