Specimen Zero

Escape from the facility

Specimen Zero is a PC horror game about escaping from an unknown place after being kidnapped. You search a dark area containing secret buildings, a hospital and laboratories, looking for a way out while avoiding danger.

To escape, you solve puzzles and search for objects, then collect and use them. Item locations can change between playthroughs, and you can choose the difficulty or set it when creating a private room.
