SOUNDSCAPE

Discover the World of SOUNDSCAPE

In SOUNDSCAPE, players embark on a uniquely designed journey through the intricately replicated subway stations of South Korea, all while navigating these spaces as a blind individual. This engaging simulation creates an auditory experience that transforms sound into a navigational tool. Rather than relying on visuals, players learn to interpret a rich tapestry of sounds, fostering an understanding of the environment and the actions they take within it.

Navigate Using Sound in a Realistic Setting

Navigating without sight presents a remarkable challenge in SOUNDSCAPE. It employs sound visualization to guide players, where the echo of footsteps and the distant rumble of approaching trains become integral auditory cues. Actions such as tapping a transport card at the gate produce unmistakable sounds, helping players establish their orientation. This clever mechanic turns every step into an exercise in awareness, deeply enhancing the gameplay.
