Soul Astray: Outjump the Rapture

Soul Astray: A Platformer Reimagined

In Soul Astray: Outjump the Rapture, players navigate a retro-style platforming world, but not with the usual mechanics. Instead of consistent controls, the game challenges your reflexes through a clever "Control Switch" mechanic. In each jump, your dash and jump inputs alternate, demanding quick adaptation and creating an unpredictable but engaging experience.

Control Switch Mechanic: Mastery Through Adaptation

Each leap forces players to rethink their approach. Your character’s color serves as a guide for this unique input orientation, allowing you to adjust mid-action. This bold design cultivates a deep sense of ingenuity as you attempt to conquer a series of levels that merge creativity with challenge. Learning from each fall will be your first true ally in overcoming the game’s complexities.
