Sortman

Sorting the mail

Sortman is a PC sorting and automation game about clearing a mountain of a million pieces of mail in a large sorting hall. You start by picking up letters, reading their addresses and putting them in the right columns of a cabinet. Mis-sorted letters come back with a “Retour” stamp. Parcels go on a scale before you throw them into the hamper for their canton; missed throws leave them on the floor, while an overfull hamper spills.

Loading and deliveries

The mail still has to leave the hall. You load letter crates and parcels into the right van at its dock, then send the van on its round. You earn money when it leaves, while a truck brings more mail each day.
