Unravel the Mystery in Somnium

Somnium invites players to delve into a psychological horror experience that challenges perception and memory. Set within the confines of a salaried worker's apartment, the game masterfully intertwines suspenseful storytelling with simple yet engaging mechanics. In this FPS horror game, each step is critical, as even minor missteps can trap players in a relentless dream loop. Observing minor differences in your surroundings is not just a task. It's a lifeline.

The Looping Gameplay Mechanics

To escape from this nightmarish loop, players must memorize the state of their room. Each night, upon waking up before midnight, the challenge begins. After resetting their memories of the room’s layout and object placements, players must determine if any changes have occurred. A keen eye is vital to progress; otherwise, returning to the beginning is inevitable. Each action has repercussions, creating an atmosphere of tension that permeates every decision.
