Some Things Stay Broken

Repairing for customers

Some Things Stay Broken is a short narrative adventure for PC about repairing everyday objects while facing a family history left unanswered. You talk with customers, inspect their belongings, and complete simple repair interactions. At the same time, you avoid an old phone of your own.

A father’s messages

The phone holds messages and seven missed calls from your father, bringing back words left unsaid. You piece together the family history through the phone, and choose at the end whether to reach out. There’s no hidden score judging that choice.
