Skate Droid

Discover the Untamed Thrill of Skate Droid

Skate Droid, a creative endeavor by the animator behind Skater XL and Skatrix, redefines the skateboarding genre on PC. Initially dubbed "Phony Hawk," it emerged from an experimental control scheme that aimed to streamline skate mechanics. With controls that echo multiple skate games working in tandem, the game invites players of all skill levels into a world where even the most novice skater can connect with the thrill of riding.

A New Approach to Skate Mechanics

What sets Skate Droid apart is its commitment to an accessible yet realistic gameplay experience. Designed for players unfamiliar with complex skate mechanics, the game reduces the barriers to entry. You don’t need to be a seasoned pro to land a kickflip; the game allows for a variety of outcomes with different inputs. This unique approach encourages exploration and creativity, ensuring fun transcends traditional skill levels.
