SHROT

SHROT on PC

SHROT is a first-person retro shooter about a Slavic truck driver working in America who gets caught up in a fight against aliens, robots and humans experimented on by aliens. You shoot enemies, reload and keep moving through combat, with most cutscenes cut out. The game’s name spells out its approach: Shoot, Hit, Reload, Overkill, Terminate.

The protagonist isn’t a trained hero: he’s a beer-drinking truck driver with a “dad bod” who finds himself in a bad situation and takes it in stride. He calls the alien-experimented humans “degenerates.”
