Semblance - Switch

What is Semblance on Switch?

In Semblance, players navigate a platformer that radically redefines the terrain. Set within a visually striking, minimalist world, the game uses the concept of deformable environments as its core mechanic. This innovation transforms traditional platforming challenges, pushing players to think creatively about how they interact with their surroundings.

Distinct Mechanics of Terrain Deformation

Semblance’s gameplay revolves around manipulating the very ground below your character’s feet. Players can push, pull, and reshape the terrain to create platforms, solve puzzles, and navigate obstacles. This unique mechanic allows for a variety of strategies, enhancing the depth of each level. The emphasis on deformation means every platforming challenge can be approached in multiple ways, encouraging experimentation.
