Desktop pet

Screen Monster is a pixel-pet desktop companion for PC, built to run on a real Windows desktop while you work, study, or browse. Your pets roam across the screen, nap when sleepy, eat food you leave out, chase toys, and react when you pet or tickle them. You can also drag and toss them around.

Click a pet to raise its mood and bring up hearts, or scribble on it to tickle it. Toys and snacks go directly onto the desktop, including a ball, frisbee, yarn, feather wand, cushion, and food. There are no chores to keep up with: Bond rises simply by leaving pets on your desk, and it never goes down if you skip a day.
