Saunageddon

Saunageddon: A Finnish Spa Adventure on PC

Saunageddon invites players into the quirky world of Finnish culture, where your mission revolves around proving your identity as a local rather than a German spy. Set against a backdrop of deeply rooted sauna traditions, this indie project combines humor, mystery, and playful mechanics to create an engaging experience. With 12 uniquely designed sauna levels based on real cottages and public saunas, each session feels like a mini-vacation into Finnish life and relaxation.

Unconventional Gameplay that Challenges Norms

In Saunageddon, players harness physics-based mechanics to throw the iconic löyly, or steam, while navigating sauna environments. The game cleverly integrates local interactions and tasks that challenge players' perceptions of both culture and spy espionage. Engage with eccentric locals who each have their quirks and wisdom to share, enriching the narrative as you attempt to convince them of your authenticity.
