Saikei: A Zen Water Garden is a desktop landscape-building game for PC, set inside a glass jar that sits in a corner of your screen while you work. You shape a small world of grass, sand, stone and water, placing and removing objects as you go. Each jar starts a fresh world, and it saves automatically.

Tools let you dig bowls and trenches, push earth into place, raise hills or sink channels, and pour sand into dunes. Add water by filling hollows or setting springs, then watch it run through the landscape: water carries sand downstream and can carve its own paths. You can plant grass, paint footpaths, spread moss over stones and arrange trees, buildings and other decorations. Objects can be turned to face the way you want.
