ABOUT THIS GAME

A New Spin on Social Deduction: RuleKill

In RuleKill, players are thrust into a chaotic world of deception and deduction. This social deduction card game, designed for PC, accommodates between 4 to 12 players, challenging them to unearth hidden truths among crafted lies. With the eerie faction establishing a mix of true and false game rules, players must navigate a web of deception, using logic and strategy to predict who among them is breaking the rules.

Craft Your Deception: Custom Rules System

The heart of RuleKill lies in its customizable rule systems. At the start of each match, the eerie faction selects 12 rules from a library, with only two being truthful. The orderly players must strictly adhere to these verifiable rules, while the eerie can flout them without consequence. This dynamic allows for information asymmetry, heightening the stakes as players attempt to identify the false rules while avoiding their own downfall.

Engage in Tactical Card Play

Strategic card play takes center stage in RuleKill with over 14 functional cards. These tools enable players to investigate identities, safeguard allies, or reveal players' hidden traits. A successful identification can eliminate strangeness among the players, but a misstep will raise your violation value. Every card draw and decision can dramatically shift the course of the game, making timing and intuition crucial.

Diverse Characters and Skill Sets

With a pool of 28 unique characters, each boasting exclusive abilities, RuleKill ensures that no two games are the same. Players can customize their experience through character, rule, and card configurations, tailoring a variety of gameplay environments. Whether you prefer subterfuge or logical deduction, the diverse character skills allow everyone to find their niche in the chaotic dance of deception and truth.

Night Versus Day: Dynamic Game Pace

Each round shifts between the thrill of night time, where eerie players strategically maneuver, and the day time of discussion and voting. During these phases, the orderly work diligently to expose inconsistencies and identify who among them is subverting the rules. This back-and-forth keeps every round fresh and unpredictable, as players adapt their strategies to changing circumstances and revelations.

Innovative Information Asymmetry in WeiZhi

One of the standout features in RuleKill is the WeiZhi skill, which introduces an extra layer of intrigue. By crafting news during the night, the orderly observe only a distorted version of events, while the eerie get access to crucial information. The ensuing intellectual contest to decipher and verify this information embodies the core of the game's design. As players rely on keen observation and reasoning, the struggle for knowledge becomes an engaging focal point.

Expand Your Experience with Future Content

Looking forward, RuleKill plans to release paid DLC for an expanded game experience. Players can anticipate new rules, characters, and cards, further enhancing the potential for infinite gameplay possibilities. By adjusting the number of false rules or altering the character and rule pools, gamers can regularly reinvent their approach, ensuring that every session feels fresh and compelling.
