Game premise and mechanics

Roomstack is a cozy idle builder for PC. It operates as a small always-on-top overlay on your desktop, where every click on the screen drops a new piece of a room into place. You can click anywhere, whether in the game or another window, and each click places a wall or furniture to stack the next room in your growing tower. There are no specific goals other than building to your satisfaction, with each floor representing a different type of room.

Tower building

In the game, new floors are unlocked over time as you continue building your tower. Each floor you create can have various themes, including kitchens, bedrooms, libraries, and greenhouses. The game does not have a currency system or an upgrade tree; it allows you to build at your own pace without constraints. You can also scroll down the tower to view how tall it has become.
