Robot races

Robo Race is a 2D physics robot-building and racing game for PC. You build robots from blocks, train them with reinforcement-learning AI, then race them on courses against built-in robots, Workshop creations, or other players. Local races include built-in and Workshop robots; online races support up to four players, with stand-in robots filling empty slots.

Building and training

Each robot starts on a 20×20 grid. You can place squares, triangles, and quarter circles, then connect parts with joints such as arms, pistons, suspensions, and hinges. There are 14 kinds of parts, and you can tune each part’s motor strength, speed, and range of motion. Leg count, bends, and weight placement are up to you.
