Qumaq

Survival on Quarrel Island

Qumaq is a survival-horror action-adventure for PC about survivors of a shipwreck in the Bering Sea. You explore Quarrel Island, a remote place off Western Alaska, while looking for a way off it and trying to build a community with the other survivors. The island is also a prison: its history and strange inhabitants are bound up with the survivors’ fight to stay alive.

Food, water and warmth

Survival means scavenging for resources to keep yourself and the other survivors fed, watered and warm through cold nights in the Arctic Circle. The game frames staying alive as a shared effort, with survivors contributing to one another’s survival. You can get to know a cast of Alaskan characters, each with their own history and perspective, and form bonds with them.
