QUIT! - The Japanese Art of Resignation

Resignation card battles

QUIT! - The Japanese Art of Resignation is a card battle adventure set around resignation meetings in Japan. You face bosses who use excuses such as “We’re short-staffed” and “Think of the team.” Read each excuse and counter with cards based on sympathy, logic, records, or walking away. Your choices shape the outcome.

The bosses’ tells can include an upside-down teacup or a hesitant stamp. Watch for signs that someone’s story has changed as you decide how to respond. The game’s writing draws on real HR experience, including retention tactics and regulation traps, and was designed and reviewed by a working HR professional.
