Quantris

Quantum block puzzler

Quantris is a falling-block puzzle game for PC where pieces can enter quantum states. You place blocks to build lines, but some blocks may or may not be present until you measure them. A line clears only when every block in it has been measured and they all turn out the same way: all there or all gone.

Modes and multiplayer

Marathon is a classic climb with quantum blocks in the queue. Sprint asks you to hit a run of point targets as fast as possible, while Ultra gives you three minutes to score as much as you can. In Flux, you earn energy by scoring and spend it on quantum blocks while keeping the board stable. Puzzle Vault contains hand-made puzzles, and VS AI lets you race a bot at three difficulty levels.
