Premise and genre

请勿与七号患者约会 is a PC game about waking up in a psychiatric hospital, where your sense of what’s real is uncertain. By day, a nurse gives you a red pill and says the abnormalities you see are hallucinations. By night, Patient No. 7 appears with the same face and asks you on a secret date.

The story turns on the conflict between the nurse’s explanation and Patient No. 7’s appearances. You’re caught between being told not to trust what you see and being asked to meet someone in secret.
