Protector of Lyrioneth

A fantasy card-battling RPG

Protector of Lyrioneth is a PC fantasy RPG about Lyndor, an orphan and inexperienced student whose mentor, Arruin, has mysteriously disappeared. With the village of Lyrioneth threatened by bandits and dangerous creatures, Lyndor must defend his home and investigate what happened to Arruin.

Turn-based card combat

Battles are turn-based, with no timed inputs or quick-time events. You build a deck from three types of cards: damage cards, endurance cards for blocking, healing and defense, and special cards with utility effects. Damage cards include neutral attacks and seven elemental types: fire, water, grass, rock, lightning, ice and wind. Use the elements to exploit enemy weaknesses, including in fights against bosses.
