PROFANUM

A medieval horror RPG

PROFANUM is a first-person medieval horror action RPG for PC. You play a Paladin of the Church of Man, sent alone to the ancient forest around Briarholt after Commander Garrion and his Vigil Knights stop reporting. Your orders are to find them, learn what happened, and report back.

Combat and weapons

Fights center on deliberate melee combat. Every swing commits, so you need to manage stamina and decide when to attack, block, parry, or make space. A clean parry opens a short chance for a riposte; exhaustion, a broken guard, or lost poise can turn a fight against you.
