A rhythm shoot ’em up

Portalén is a 2D shoot ’em up rhythm game set in 17th-century Galicia. As María Soliña, you fight the Night Lord Noitum’s forces and seek three magic objects to free the Galician people from his doom.

Combat and levels

You switch between three shot types to adapt to different situations. A magic shield charges special attacks, and a combo system ties combat to scoreboards. The game has seven levels set in places including Ría de Vigo, Fragas do Eume, Cova da Serpe and Antela’s Lake, with more than 20 enemies and bosses.
