Plague Inc: The Board Game

Infection strategy

Plague Inc: The Board Game is a PC strategy game based on the physical board game, itself based on Plague Inc. Each player is a disease competing to wipe out humanity. You start by infecting a country and evolve symptoms to make your disease more powerful.

Symptoms and events

As the disease spreads, you can trigger events such as contaminating the Olympics or causing a nuclear strike. The goal is to be the first player to eliminate humanity. The game’s premise turns familiar signs of illness, including nosebleeds, pustules, diarrhea and skin lesions, into things to show off during play.
