Pickfall

Digging by hand

Pickfall is a PC game about breaking through rock with a pickaxe. You swing to fill a bar; when it fills, a thrown pickaxe pops out of the cell you just broke. Thrown picks bounce through the rock and dig until they shatter.

Some picks chain-jump to the next cell, while ember picks set rock burning. Each break made by a thrown pick fills the bar again, so one pick can help launch another. Blasts, quakes and whetstones are hidden in the rock and can start cascades when set off.
