PATIENT ZERO

Unravel the Horror of PATIENT ZERO

PATIENT ZERO thrusts players into a chaotic world of cooperative horror where the stakes are life and death. Constructed for PC, this game supports 1 to 6 players working together in a high-stress environment. You'll navigate active quarantine zones, where decisions are critical, and the clock is ticking. Gather your team, locate the viral epicenters, and prepare to evacuate before the area, and perhaps you, vanish in an instant.

Surviving the Outbreak Together

In PATIENT ZERO, communication is key. The infection adapts to your movements, and every sound carries weight. Proximity voice chat enhances the urgency as you're not just battling an unseen force but also the panic that comes with uncertainty. Stick together for strength, but split up if you must, and be prepared to face the repercussions when a teammate falls. Once someone dies, they're gone for the run, amplifying the tension with each decision you make.
