Game premise and structure

Paracity is a character-driven, party-based heist RPG set in a mansion filled with treasures, secrets, and dangers. Players take on the role of the leader of a thieves' guild and manage a crew of procedurally generated characters, each with their own unique skills and personalities. The objective is to command your crew through a heist, utilizing their abilities to navigate challenges and complications as they arise.

Crew dynamics and character management

As the guild leader, your disposition influences how your crew responds to you. You manage the actions of four characters and their autonomy can lead to unexpected decisions. Crew members may follow your instructions or act on their own volition, which introduces risks that could disrupt the heist. Each interaction and decision you make can affect their loyalty and relationships within the group.
