Pale Cantons

A canton under scrutiny

Pale Cantons is a first-person medieval fantasy role-playing game for PC. You investigate your older sister’s disappearance in an isolated canton, where mountains block the way out and a labyrinth is the only route beyond them. She left a note telling you not to follow, and the locals don’t readily share what they know.

To make progress, you earn people’s trust and take on jobs, or use less honorable methods to get what you need. Residents notice your actions: crimes have consequences, and an ally can become an enemy. The investigation also raises questions about why nobody can leave and where wandering merchants get their unusual goods.
