Game premise and structure

Paceweaver is a turn-based deckbuilding roguelike that takes place on a single-lane battlefield. In the game, every action costs a turn, and opponents always show their next move above their heads. Players engage in tactical combat that revolves around positioning, timing, and deck management, where building your deck determines how you fight.

In this game, movement is integral to combat, and various cards allow you to attack, move, rotate, or swap places with enemies. You can choose from 31 different cards, enabling strategic decisions that impact every turn. Each card has a specific range, highlighting the importance of positioning on the battlefield.
