OVERHEAT

Game premise and setting

OVERHEAT is an early development action game planned for PC. Set in a world dominated by a storm known as the White Columns, you play as Gunilda Hindhurst, nicknamed the Instrument of Man. This realm, which has become a hostile environment, is governed by a brutal organization called the Bureau. Your main objective is to uncover the origins of the storm while traversing a surreal and stylized landscape.

Combat and abilities

The game features a fast-paced, high-octane beat 'em up battle system played from a first-person perspective. You utilize the power of a Hybrith Human, gaining synthetic abilities that enhance your combat skills. A unique "STYLE" system allows you to switch between different Archetypes on the fly, blending various attack combinations to defeat your enemies.
