One Last Shot! is a PC card-battling roguelite framed around filming productions. You combine Action Word cards, which define a move, with Modifier cards, which change its effects. Modifiers do nothing on their own; paired with an Action Word, they fuse into a new skill card during combat. High-Power plus Left Punch makes a higher-damage Left Punch with an added effect, while Rising plus Left Punch creates Rider Punch, which generates a Flying Kick+.

The same Action Word can produce different skills with different Modifiers. You build a run from more than 200 cards, and can name a newly discovered special recipe the first time you make it. Combat rewards, upgrade events, equipment and card changes help you prepare for stronger bosses.
