Nine Dragons

Build an improvised district

Nine Dragons is a 3D city builder for PC set in Kowloon in 2049. You start with an empty harbor site and draw streets, zone blocks, and keep power and water running. Families, shopkeepers, smugglers, and syndicates move in as demand and services support growth, building a crowded district one floor at a time.

You can draw alleys and service streets from any edge of the district, with each street connecting to the surrounding city. Zones include housing, night-market strips, backstreet industry, vertical settlements, and black markets. The game has 38 kinds of self-built buildings, with variants and height limits. Clear 2×2 lots can attract courtyards, megablocks, and skybridge towers.
