Nana’s Game Dev Diary is a PC game about managing Nana’s days and making games. Each day has four time slots: morning, afternoon, evening, and night. You choose how to spend them, balancing work on a game with studying, picking up a shift, having fun, going out, or resting. Nana’s energy, mood, and wallet all factor into those choices.

Making games

At her workspace, Nana can learn skills, gather inspiration, plan a game, and work through development a little at a time. Buying assets can save some work. Later, you make a demo, gather feedback, promote the game, and release it. You can also team up with a publisher.
