Mortrёshka 1905

Dark Rituals in an Alternate 1905

Mortrёshka 1905 transports players to a chilling reimagining of Saint Petersburg during the first Russian Revolution. As the keeper of a cursed matryoshka, you’re tasked with resurrecting the dead through a dark ritual, using their souls to navigate a city rife with turmoil. The mix of sokoban-style merging puzzles and resource management creates a gameplay experience that's both mentally stimulating and deeply atmospheric.

Merging Matryoshkas for Power

The game challenges players to gather "sister dolls" scattered across the board. Merging these halves and wholes of matryoshkas is essential, as it fuels the bonfire necessary for resurrection. Timing and strategy are crucial since various obstacles and cunning mechanisms can block your way. Success means closer proximity to the ultimate goal of restoring balance, but failure could spell doom for your mission.
