Game overview

Monk & The Misfit Monsters is a party-based RPG roguelike inspired by Journey to the West. Players select a band of animals disguised as monks and lead them through various trials. The objective is to overcome challenges, master magical powers, defeat demons, and ultimately travel West to meet the Buddha. You control a team of characters as you navigate through these trials, making tactical decisions based on each character’s abilities.
