Mix & Slice: ASMR Simulator

Sand and soap sandbox

Mix & Slice: ASMR Simulator is a PC make-and-cut sandbox built around shaping blocks of colored sand or soap, then slicing them open. You choose a mold, pour in layers, unmold the result, and cut through it to reveal the cross-section. Each grain keeps its color, so the patterns inside reflect the layers you poured.

Sand comes in eight colors. It piles into soft cones and slides downhill as you pour, and you can tamp it flat before removing the mold. Soap has its own Soap Studio tools: pour and swirl it, hide fillings inside, cure it, then unmold it. You can shave soap, cut it into cubes, or crack it open to see what you embedded.
