Ministry of Time

Genre and premise

Ministry of Time is a document-checking simulation game set in a time travel framework. Players assume the role of a customs officer stationed at a checkpoint that regulates the flow of travelers from different eras. Your main task involves inspecting documents and belongings, ensuring that unauthorized people and objects do not cross into the wrong time periods.

Gameplay mechanics

In the game, you check various types of documents, including passports, and you inspect travelers' belongings for any items that do not fit their designated eras. Contradictions can arise during your questioning, and it is essential to identify misstatements or suspicious behavior. You must also look out for Time Eaters, temporal anomalies that may look like ordinary travelers but pose a significant threat.
