Ant colony strategy

Might and Mandibles is a 2D ant colony sim and real-time strategy game for PC. You start with a queen and a small group of nanitics, then build a nest and grow its population into an underground colony. You decide where to dig, which chambers to build, which castes to hatch, and how to direct ants as they gather food and defend the nest.

Building the nest

You mark out tunnels and chambers for food storage, egg nurseries, barracks, hospitals, and research labs. Builders dig the plans into the surrounding dirt. Chambers unlock societal roles and upgrades, tying the colony’s growth to how you organize its underground space.
