Mega Dig

Game premise and mechanics

Mega Dig is a mining game where players use a pickaxe to dig through various underground biomes. The goal is to smash blocks, collect treasure, and uncover traps or enemies while maintaining a fast pace. You chain together actions to keep moving swiftly, promoting a sense of momentum as you progress deeper into the ground.

Underground biomes

The game features large, hand-crafted environments, including overgrown ruins, frozen caves, lava depths, and golden catacombs. Each biome presents unique challenges, and players find checkpoints that allow them to continue diving deeper. At the end of every biome, a portal allows you to advance to the next area.
