Match Day & International Match Day (C64/CPC/Spectrum)

Relive Classic Football with Match Day

Match Day brings back the spirit of the 1980s, originally captivating home microcomputer players with its innovative football mechanics. Now, fans can relish the nostalgia with this remastered emulated version, featuring the beloved ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, and Commodore 64 iterations, along with the ZX Spectrum-exclusive International Match Day. It's a chance to step back in time to a period when sports gaming was in its infancy.

Engaging Gameplay Mechanics for All

In this classic football simulation, players take control of the character closest to the ball, allowing for strategic gameplay decisions. The primary actions include tackling, dribbling, passing, and shooting. You can also play as the goalkeeper when the action draws near your goal. This hands-on approach creates an engaging experience, making it perfect for both casual play and competitive matches.
