MAKINA

A Glimpse into the World of MAKINA

In MAKINA, a gripping action-adventure game for PC, players soar into a retro post-apocalyptic landscape marked by both mechanized warfare and emotional depth. After a catastrophic global conflict dubbed the "War of the Worlds," humanity scrambles for survival amidst ruins, relying on a peculiar power source: Emotion Energy. Take control of Cheshire, a rookie mech pilot, who finds themselves embroiled in a struggle against the oppressive faction Alpha after a rookie mistake leads to chaos.

The Story Behind the Conflict

Set 133 years in the future, MAKINA unfolds in Neo Sol, a fragile settlement hidden within an old subway station. Here, citizens depend on Emotion Energy while piloting advanced exoskeleton mechs known as Makina. Just when stability seems achievable, a catastrophic event orchestrated by Alpha abducts Neo Sol's inhabitants. Cheshire’s quest for vengeance ignites a narrative intricately woven with themes of desperation and power, pushing players to unravel Alpha's dark motives within their mega city, Tempest.
