Lobotomy Protocol is a PC reaction battle royale where you compete against three other patients in a race of reflexes. You follow commands that get faster over time, and each mistake costs you a heart. Make too many mistakes and you get a lobotomy.
Stimulants and side effects
Stimulants restore hearts, slow time and shield you from attacks. Their side effects affect your rivals: the text flips and spins, and their timer speeds up.
