Left Behind - The day He returned

Setting and combat

Left Behind - The day He returned is a top-down action RPG set after the Rapture. You wake at your own grave with an angel beside you, then fight the risen dead in a deserted forest town until the Day of Judgement. You can play alone or online with up to three friends.

Combat mixes guns, blades, explosives and biblical powers. Pistols, rifles, shotguns, machine guns, flamethrowers, nail guns and chainsaws are among the weapons you can use. Noise matters: gunshots and car alarms draw enemies, and anyone who falls can rise again, including allies. Destroying a risen enemy’s head keeps it down.
